GivingResponding to God's grace

The ministry of Crossroads is funded by the people of Crossroads. It is through the generous and sacrificial financial gifts of those who make Crossroads their spiritual home which keeps our spiritual community going and growing. We together have the privilege of providing the resources which God has entrusted to our care.

If you would like to support us, you can do it in three ways:

Cash offerings

Cash offerings collected during our services each week

Bank Transfer

Bank Transfers can be made to "Crossroads" ABN-AMRO account:
IBAN: NL93ABNA0529795329, the Hague
BIC: ABNANL2A

US Dollar checks

US Dollar checks made payable to "Communitas" can be sent to the Crossroads office or placed in the offering basket on Sunday. Or give online via Communitas (under Missionaries and Projects choose “Field Projects” and then “The Hague Crossroads – 72020”). All gifts given via the Communitas website are tax deductible on US tax returns.

Automatic bank transfer --- the best way to give

We encourage people who want to financially support Crossroads to give via our bank account (NL93ABNA0529795329, The Hague). This enables your bank statement to act as your tax-deductible receipt. Many people in our community prefer the convenience and predictability of setting up an automatic monthly bank transfer. Setting up a monthly automatic payment via your bank has the additional advantage of saving you the time and hassle of making bank transfers while saving Crossroads in bank fees. And the Crossroads leaders can plan their budget based on solid income information.

Dutch tax deduction

As it is our desire to be good and wise stewards of everything the Lord has entrusted to us, we would like to bring to your attention the very generous giving incentives in the Dutch tax law for charitable donations. One can deduct up to 10% of one's gross income as gifts to a registered (ANBI) non-profit charitable organization such as Crossroads. Thus, depending on your income level, for every euro you give, the Dutch government contributes anywhere from 33% to 52%. Talk about making your money go a long way!

We hope that this information further stimulates those of us who consider Crossroads to be their spiritual home to continue to grow in the grace, joy, and freedom of becoming those generous and cheerful givers we believe God is calling us to become.
