Streams of Living Water
This series takes a look at the historic traditions found within the Christian Church. Jesus is the source of each of these great traditions of Christian experience: Contemplative (the prayer-filled life); Holiness (the virtuous life); Charismatic (the Spirit-empowered life); Social Justice (the compassionate life), Evangelical (the Word-centered life) and Incarnational (the sacramental life). Come with us over these next six weeks as we delve into each of these rich expressions of the Christian faith.

Tradition of social justice: the compassionate life
This week we explore the tradition of social justice: the compassionate life. As human beings we are wired to care, but in our brokenness we can be misguided or even damaged to a point of not caring even hating. Inundated with "good causes" its hard to sometimes focus on the good news and simply be present and ready as pilgrims through this journey of faith and life!
