The Elder board are tasked with primary oversight of the spiritual, physical and legal aspects of the church. They are the governing authority within Crossroads and the legal representatives. The Elders seek the vision for the church in a yearly retreat and carry out this vision in their monthly meetings where they discuss and decide about relevant issues. Every elder is overseeing a specific ministry area and they work closely with the staff to make sure Crossroads keeps moving forward in advancing His Kingdom.
